Coach Julia's motivation is contagious! I felt she was invested in my success and my well-being. She was always prepared and ready to go when I arrived. Coach Julia knew when to push me and when to hold me back for my own good. I have worked with many online and in-person fitness and nutrition coaches, but Coach Julia is different. There was an instant connection that allowed me to be vulnerable, and this ultimately led to my own success. Her dedication to the fitness and nutrition goals of her clients was above and beyond.
